Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Montrose County, Colorado. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
