We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Williams County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
