Semi-automatic welder — Leicestershire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Leicestershire, England. Your main tasks: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
