Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Dewey County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL). Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Meals and transport allowance provided.
