Painter and decorator — Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Putnam County, Ohio. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
