Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Briscoe County, Texas. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity You should have: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
