Catering cook — Salt Lake County

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Salt Lake County, Utah. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 1+ years on the tools preferred.
