Great opportunity: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Jefferson County, Oregon. You will be based in a packaging factory. On the job you will handle: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
