Powder coating line operator — Atchison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Atchison County, Missouri. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
