Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Lancaster County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a road construction project. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Day to day you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels.
