Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Egbado North, Ogun State. The job is at a banquet hall. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
