Lathe programmer-operator — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Jefferson County, Alabama. You will write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
