We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Wasco County, Oregon. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day-to-day duties: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement 6+ years on the tools preferred.
