Immediate opening: plant operator (dozer) (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Greene County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Your main tasks: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
