What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
