Immediate opening: kitchenhand (Hawaii)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kalawao County, Hawaii. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time, day shift.
