Waitress — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Jackson County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a beach resort. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers.
