We are recruiting: motor grader operator (New Mexico)

Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Luna County, New Mexico. The job is on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
