Vacancy available: crane rigger (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will be based on a high-rise building site. What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
