Overlocker operator • Lee County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lee County, Iowa. You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
