Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Butler County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Six days a week, one day off.
