Great opportunity: we are hiring a blocklayer in Los Angeles County, California. You will work on a commercial construction site. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently The role involves raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
