Concrete labourer — Abak

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE You will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
