Vertical transportation technician • Irwin County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Irwin County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards On the job you will handle: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Rotating shifts.
