You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables.
