Track-type tractor operator — Plymouth

Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Plymouth, England. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. On the job you will handle: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
