Lathe operator wanted in Ayamelum

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Ayamelum, Anambra State. The role involves: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
