Vacancy available: we are hiring a stone mason in Prince Edward County, Virginia. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone On the job you will handle: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
