Bakery assistant — Christian County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Christian County, Kentucky. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
