Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Calhoun County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Full-time, day shift.
