Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Riverside County, California. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
