Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
