Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Yuma County, Arizona. You will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
