Lift technician — Delaware County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Full-time with occasional weekends.
