Tracked excavator operator — Anderson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Anderson County, Kentucky. You will work in an open-cast quarry. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
