Single needle operator — Logan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Logan County, Kansas. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
