Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete worker in Greene County, Alabama. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Rotating shifts.
