Your main tasks: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
