Rigging foreman wanted in Carbon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Carbon County, Wyoming. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Confident with standard crane hand signals You will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
