Counter butcher — Ilejemeje

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ilejemeje, Ekiti State. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
