Mining dozer operator wanted in Genesee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Genesee County, Michigan. You will work on a road construction project. The role involves: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Full-time, day shift. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
