Canteen cook — Chibok

Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
