Pipe lagger — Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Shelby County, Indiana. You will work at a busy building site. You will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
