Bakery assistant — Smith County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Smith County, Kansas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
