The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
