Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Forest County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
