Crawler crane operator — Catawba County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Catawba County, North Carolina. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. Day to day you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Current medical and eyesight certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
