Groundworker — Macon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Macon County, Georgia. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker On a typical shift you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
