Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Orkney Islands, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
