Heavy equipment operator — Schuyler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Schuyler County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance What we are looking for: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
